Today I was sitting outside, not feeling like myself, and God sent a little flock of yellow finches my way. Thank you God for thinking of me and knowing what I needed. They made me smile.
Those are American Golden finches. i have all kinds of them they like to eat thislle. they like to eat hanging upside down. do you remember seeing them at my house. in the winter they turn brown. i love those birds. you need to get a feeder. go to walmart and you can get it and the seeds. make sure it is the one that they can hang upside down. I am glad you saw that. Nature always makes me feel better too. miss you love you. lynn
ya, i have them sometimes at my house, they like to eat some white stuff off of the bottoms of the lemon tree leaves. i do remember them at your house.
I was going to say finches remind me of my Mom and as you can see by her comment she knows everything about them..well i guess my mom knows everything about everything that's why we call her Dr.Lynn haha lov eu

My mom has a bird sanctuary in her yard. I wonder if the finches you saw came from my Mom's yard? It's possible.
