These are out of order, sorry. Ethan participated in his Christmas program, but not willingly. He tried to be brave throughout, mostly looking for his parents in the huge audience. We saw the lip quivering, tears glistening, and a bit of snot running. Jess and Laurie went closer down the isle to take pictures and he saw them and he just stared at them, you could just see in his face, wondering why am I having to do this, what is it all about. There was a tearful reunion when it was over. So Ho Ho Ho, not so merry yet, maybe next year.

Both my boys went through the same thing with the first couple of Christmas Programs. Brings back memories.
